If you want to start the de-cluttering process, here’s a guide to making some quick decisions:
1. Change your pillows once every 6 months (if possible) or wash them in very hot water to get rid of bed bugs.
2. Keep an eye on the paint you keep because it generally only lasts between 2 to 3 years.
3. Go through your medicines regularly and discard expired medication looking out for tablets that have changed colour and syrups that have crystalised.
4. If you are going to store clothes and have space, use a box, fibre bag or vacuum seal bags.
5. Trash old plastic bottles and plastic clutter. Rather invest in BPA-free or aluminum drinking bottles.
