Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the orders Neat Freak receives are generally processed within 2-5 working days however in cases where stock is ordered in, processing may be within 7-14 working days. Delivery confirmed by way of an email outlining the postal/courier tracking number will be emailed to customers on dispatch.
Orders are processed and delivered to our customers via courier. Orders over R799 are delivered free to MAIN CENTRES and there is a fee for orders under R799.
For those based in Durban, orders can be collected from the NEAT FREAK warehouse in Waterfall (KZN) by prior arrangement. When you reach checkout, remember to specify that you will be collecting from the warehouse. We know you’ll be super keen to collect your goodies but we will give you a call to let you know it’s A-OK to fetch.
NOTE : Should you choose to collect, once it is ready, you MUST collect within 5 working days.

NEAT FREAK cannot be held liable for incorrect postal details being given as well as the items being returned as a result of non-collection. In the event that products are returned to NEAT FREAK via the post/courier for either of these reasons, the purchaser will be liable to finalise the delivery/collection.
NEAT FREAK reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice.

Once you’ve chosen all the goodies you want, we’ve tried to give you lots of ways to pay. Neat Freak currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Zapper and Snapscan but if you are still inclined to pay via an EFT you are most welcome to.

Use your order number as the reference and please email your proof of payment (POP) otherwise your order will be delayed.
Regretfully, we do not accept cold hard cash. That means NO CASH DEPOSIT PAYMENTS because the banks charge us an arm and a leg for that. If you insist on paying via a cash deposit, we will have to ask you to please pay those fees.
All the credit card transactions we receive are processed by Paygate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for FNB of South Africa. Brand Candy uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website.
We know you’re nervous about this and you should be, but all customer details are stored by NEAT FREAK separately from card details which are entered. Our site is secure.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and NEAT FREAK chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.
