Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 7-14 days and delivery confirmed by way of an email outlining the postal/courier tracking number.
For those based in Durban, orders can be collected from the NEAT FREAK factory shop in Waterfall (KZN) by prior arrangement. Please ensure at checkout you specify you will be collecting the order from our factory. Please also ensure you have confirmed your order is ready for collection prior to collection.
Estimated delivery times from when your order leaves the factory (otherwise please note processing times above):
- Durban and KZN: 1-2 working days
- Gauteng: 2-3 working days
- Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Western Cape: 3-4 working days
(Important to note for courier options: the time frames given are from time of dispatch and not from time of order. We do not hold large quantities of stock so delays may be expected.)
PRICING FOR SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for orders over R795 via our designated courier services to MAIN centres only. Should you reside in a rural/outlying area or any area not serviced by our courier, your order will be sent via the SA Post Office or you will be given the option to pay in extra for delivery via courier.
For orders below R795, delivery is done through a courier company to MAIN CENTRES ONLY at a rate of R88 excl VAT. For Durban deliveries, orders under R795 are charged at R58 excl VAT. These rates are set out at the checkout prior to finalising your purchase.
PARGO is also an option offered when you are going through checkout. This option costs R79 and applies to orders under 15kg volumetric (all calculated behind the scenes). If you aren’t sure what this option entails, you can see more about it via this video.
Collect from Factory is also an option and you are also able to choose Own Courier to Collect.

NEAT FREAK cannot be held liable for incorrect postal details being given as well as the items being returned as a result of non-collection. In the event that products are returned to NEAT FREAK via the post/courier for either of these reasons, the purchaser will be liable to finalise the delivery/collection.
NEAT FREAK reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice.
