Neat Freak is a Niche E-commerce Store and we do not hold all of our stock on-hand for immediate delivery. Why? The short story is that we aren’t a massive online retailer with millions in funding so we use our money wisely on products we know you want.
Often times you will get lucky and your order will be sent out at warp speed but sometimes, we sell products that have a lead time. We generally will let you know this upfront but sometimes, stock sells faster than we anticipate and we hustle to get more in.
Either way, our customers are our bread and butter so believe us when we say, that if you want us to do the splits for you, we will.
So with that explanation of how we work out of the way, subject to availability and receipt of payment, the orders Neat Freak receives are generally processed within 2-5 working days however in cases where stock is ordered in, processing may be within 7-14 working days. Delivery confirmed by way of an email outlining the postal/courier tracking number will be emailed to customers on dispatch.
For those based in Durban, orders can be collected from the NEAT FREAK warehouse in Waterfall (KZN) by prior arrangement. When you reach checkout, remember to specify that you will be collecting from the warehouse. We know you’ll be super keen to collect your goodies but we will give you a call to let you know it’s A-OK to fetch.
Let’s face it, there is nothing worse than filling your cart only to find that the shipping fee is over your budget so all of the below will be visible at checkout once you have inserted your delivery address with postal code.
The good news is that shipping is FREE for orders over R795. We will deliver to MAIN CENTRES ONLY so should you reside in a regional/rural/outlying area (determined by your postal code), we will subsidise your shipping fee but an amount of R95 will still be added to your order.
FOR ORDERS BELOW R795, delivery is done through a courier company to our customers as follows:
Local MAIN (Durban & Surrounds) – R55
National MAIN – R69
Regional – R149

NEAT FREAK cannot be held liable for incorrect postal details being given as well as the items being returned as a result of non-collection. In the event that products are returned to NEAT FREAK via the post/courier for either of these reasons, the purchaser will be liable to finalise the delivery/collection.
NEAT FREAK reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice.
