Shipping Information

Neat Freak is a Niche E-commerce Store which means we do not keep all of our stock on-hand for immediate delivery. Our delivery may therefore take a bit longer, but we promise the amazing products are worth the wait.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Let’s face it, there is nothing worse than filling your cart only to find that the shipping fee is over your budget so all of the below will be visible at checkout once you have inserted your delivery address with postal code.

The good news is that shipping is FREE for orders over R795. We will deliver to MAIN CENTRES ONLY so should you reside in a regional/rural/outlying area (determined by your postal code), we will subsidise your shipping fee but an amount of R95 will still be added to your order.

FOR ORDERS BELOW R795, delivery is done through a courier company to our customers as follows:

 

How long must I wait?

We work on a 7-14 working day processing time, but we do send most of our orders within 2-7 working days of receiving payment confirmation.

To make it easier for you to estimate how long items will take to be dispatched, we have added estimated dispatch times to all our products. You can find these on the product page above the description.

The dispatch lead times are based on working days only and is given as a guideline and cannot be guaranteed.

NB: If your order consists of products with a lead time please ensure you clearly understand this before placing your order. If you are unsure of this please feel free to email us or call us on 031-766-0096 BEFORE placing your order for an estimate processing time.

I need something quickly?

If you’ve seen a product on the site that you simply cannot live without but you’re worried that it won’t reach you in time, please call us on 031-766-0096 so that we can confirm stock availability. If stock is on hand or we know we can dispatch within your timeframe, we can then ensure that we meet your expectations and requirements.

What does Processing mean?

If your order status says Processing it means that we have received your payment and that we are waiting for your stock to arrive so we can pack your order.

Why is my order taking so long?

If an item you have ordered is not on hand, we will send you an email within 5 working days of receiving your payment confirmation to let you know when to expect it. You will find that many of our orders leave before the estimated dispatch time but we’d rather be upfront about how much time you may have to wait.

Half/Half Dispatch

If an item in your order falls within a longer dispatch lead time and you don’t want to wait for the available items, you can arrange a Half/Half dispatch at an additional cost of approximately R69. Call us on 031-766-0096 or email admin@neatfreak.co.za to arrange this.

How long does delivery take once my order leaves Neat Freak?

Depending on where you live, timeframes between dispatch and delivery are estimated as follows:

Can I collect from the warehouse in Waterfall?

For those based in Durban, orders can be collected from the Neat Freak warehouse in Waterfall (KZN) by prior arrangement. When you reach checkout, remember to specify that you will be collecting from the warehouse. We know you’ll be super keen to collect your goodies but we will give you a call to let you know it’s A-OK to fetch.

What does Completed mean?

If your order status says Completed it means that your package has been collected by the courier and is on its way to you.

Where is my order?

Once you have received the completed email as well as your tracking number has been sent out, feel free to track your order yourself. This will give you an indication of when to be home and expecting your order.

If your parcel has not arrived within the above times, go ahead and contact us so that we can follow up on your parcel status for you. At this time, we use two courier companies, namely Fastway and The Courier Guy. Please see the links below if you’d like to track your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: Our couriers deliver weekdays only and do not deliver on public holidays.

 

Disclaimer (you ought to pay attention to):

Neat Freak cannot be held liable for incorrect postal details being given as well as the items being returned as a result of non-collection. In the event that products are returned to Neat Freak via the post/courier for either of these reasons, the purchaser will be liable to finalise the delivery/collection.
